I will do my best to advance the common good.
I will do my best to express my appreciation and love for friends and family.
I will dedicate my time and energy to promote justice and equity.
I will not rest in my efforts to oppose injustice and inequity.
I will treasure what matters most: loved ones, friends, pets, the arts, humor, knowledge, truth, beauty, honesty, and allies, none of which can be measured by a standardized test.
I will work tirelessly to refute and undermine false measures of human worth.
I will celebrate goodness wherever it is found.
I will engage in political and social activism to restore the America I know and love and to support the election of leaders who are trustworthy, honest, compassionate, intelligent, and wise.
My greatest wish is for a year of peace for the world and joy to all those who read these words.

To help Diane with her resolutions, please consider making a donation to NPE. It is a great way to support the common good. I takes money to reach people. The more people that read this blog, the greater the chances that more people will resist and oppose the hostile takeover of our public education system. We do not have the money that corporations and billionaires have, so we need to get as many of people as possible supportive of our cause.
