DeVos is used to smiling and writing a check to get her way. It has always worked for her in Michigan. DeVos seems to not understand the tremendous responsibility of the job. As head of the DOE, she will be responsible for millions of diverse students, some of whom have special needs. How can she enforce a law she seems not to understand?

Here is the video where DeVos actually refuses to answer a question about whether she would make sure that students with disabilities would get education at the school of their choice once they got a voucher.
And I could just hear that mid western slang that betsy has and it reminded me of the stupid ole midwest which the people there keep caving in to things like charter schools. voucher schools, right to work for less states. Detroit is a sad American story and the pictures of this once great city will make you want to cry and we can all blame the devos clan and their ill amway billions.
Not to mention that the DeVos family’s mega bucks came from what amounts to a pyramid scheme. They have no scruples or ethics.
Maybe we should call Amway, “Ain’tway.”
