This is a hilarious video.
It is a “bad lip-reading” of the Republican debate on Fox News.
I don’t know who makes these videos; they are clever and amazing. This one has been viewed more than 5 million times.
If you want to learn a bit more about the “Bad Lip Reader,” here is an interview just published in the New York Times.
Enjoy! You need a laugh today.

Absolutely hilarious.

In my mind there is a video of Ohio governor Kasich singing a song. He resembles Bert Lahr enough in looks to be costumed as the Cowardly Lion in Wizard of Oz and appears to be the real character. He sings the song “If I were king of the forest”. Yet the lyrics go more like “If I were King of America, there would be no lounges for teachers…..women would eat lunch at their desks….there would be no interaction among school faculty…..and from the language would be stricken any phrases including the words me, woe or is…..” Sadly it has come to this….watching snark online and creating it in my own mind. The humor does help to endure the pain until the next foolish remark hits the media. Our democracy is on the verge of collapse and all we have is fools in a fanny showing contest to lead us back to civility. I think its time for a third political party consisting of educators. I know the current Pope is a former teacher and look what his life experience has done for his leadership and vision. The options at this point for 2016 are dismal. Maybe a real forum will bring out some better commentary but thus far its pathetic.
