I frequently get comments by people who are very angry. They are hateful, and their comments are hateful. They say horrible things about anyone who dusagreees with their worldview.
I try to block them but they sometimes slip through. Life is too short to argue with people who wish you were dead.

Well, Diane, keep fighting The Good Fight in spite of what the haters fling at you. We love you for your determination. I’ve received countless hate messages on “social media” for the woke things I’ve posted over the years. I’ve been banned for life from YouTube for posting the following message too often, causing YouTube to brand me as a “spammer”. Here’s my “spam”:
JESUS WARNED: “Many of you will say to Me on Judgment Day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name and in Your name drive out demons, and in Your name perform many miracles?’ Then I will tell them plainly: ‘I never knew you. Depart from Me, you evildoers’!” MATTHEW 7: 21-23.
JESUS IS WARNING YOU in Matthew 7:21-23 that reciting the Ten Commandments, prophesying, and even performing miracles IS NOT ENOUGH — we have to actually DO (JAMES 2:26) what Jesus says, such as feed the poor and love those who hate you…many people who think that they are followers of Jesus are going to get one Hell of a surprise on Judgment Day, like those in Matthew 7:21-23 got…don’t be among them: Practice what Jesus preached.
Here is what Jesus — THE MOST WOKE ONE OF ALL — preached, and what we each must DO to enter heaven:
MATTHEW 25: 41-46 — Then He will say to those on His left: “Depart from Me, you who are cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. For I was hungry and you gave Me
nothing to eat, I was thirsty and you gave Me nothing to drink, I was a stranger and you did not invite Me in, I needed clothes and you did not clothe Me, I was sick and in prison and you did not look after Me.”
Then they will ask Him: “Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or needing clothes or sick or in prison, and did not help You?”
And He will tell them: “Truly I say to you, whatever you did not do for one of the least of these people, you did not do for Me.”
Then they will go away into eternal punishment.
ACTS 2:44-45 — And all those who believed in the teachings of Jesus were together and shared all things in common, selling their properties and possessions and giving the proceeds to anyone in need.
MATTHEW 6:4-8 — And Jesus said: “When you pray, you must not be like the hypocrites who stand and pray in the synagogues and in public so that they are seen by others. Truly, I tell you that they have already received any reward they are going to get for such praying. Instead, when you pray, go into your private room, shut the door, and pray in secret to your Father.” You don’t need to pray in a megachurch…all you need is a private room and a door to shut.
LUKE 10:27-37 — And Jesus said: “Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself.” Then he made clear who your neighbor is by telling the Parable of the Good Samaritan: The Jews despised the Samaritans, viewing the Samaritans as traitors to Judaism. Yet, in His parable, Jesus says that Samaritans — everyone we dislike — are to be loved in the same way that a Christian loves him/herself, regardless of race, religion, gender, or politics.
Read again the above “woke” teachings of Jesus and then meditate on them, for right now is the moment to think about how you will be judged on your personal Judgment Day because you don’t know the day or the hour (MATTHEW 25:13). Change your ways right now — while you still can.

Christians who do not follow the teachings of Jesus Christ are not Christians.

Members of the Ku Klux Klan claimed to be Christians, as they preached hate and burned crossses on peoples lawns while threatening and/or murdering miniorites and others that publicly disagreed with them.
Christian Nationalists that support the convicted rapist, fraud and felon preach the same hate that the Ku Klux Klan did during the Jim Crow era.
Leaders of that false prophet based Chrisitan Nationalist sect wrote Project 2025, for their malignant narcisist, sociopath and meglamaniac, who became a traitor on January 6, 2021, and will return to the White House on January 20, 2025, on a foundation built on nothing but lies and hate.

Chaplin’s speech echoes the dreams of a generation that imagined a future where there was a respect for each person. Security in old age, meaningful work for each able person, and opportunity for each child.
Modern machines suggest a march toward a society where the individual is not needed to produce. To whom will the machines sell?

Could it be that our success in automating work is a cause of rampant homelessness? I recall a conversation long ago with a man who worked for a big corporation . His job was to do spot checks on its factories. He described a factory that used to have 1,000 employees. At his last inspection, it was run by only 2 people, thanks to technology.

I always think I have a thick skin, but your words in this post are so gripping I had to respond. I have NEVER received so much hate and vulgarity as I have the past several monthsâall from people who disagree and not all from the MAGA camp I might add. I am finding that the hate is so vitriolic that it does catch me off guard on some days. I have had to take our website down and make it private because my board too was included in the vengeance. But what provides comfort is knowing you are out there, and getting your posts, along with the members of NPE and Carol and the parents who yearn that they can keep their public schoolsâprovides the off ramp to sanity and comfort. Thank you, Arnie. I can’t imagine why anyone would bombard your group with vitriol. It’s a strange world we live in. The internet encourages people to shower worst side, esp if they can be anonymous. And something else happens on social media: even with their name, people say the most awful things to strangers. I don’t understand all the rage and hate.

Diane — I think you’ve been incredibly tolerant of even some outright hostile comments here, always giving the benefit of the doubt even when there is no doubt. You set a strong example, responding with facts & logic in a calm, even tone, even when it’s not deserved, & bending over backwards before banning someone; only when hostility persists beyond all reason.
