This is a video listing some of Trump’s biggest business failures.
What’s especially amusing about the video is the archival footage of Trump, boasting about the success of a venture he just launched and praising himself for his latest venture. It’s the best, the most, the greatest. Then it goes bust. As you watch, you realize that his greatest talent is as a pitchman, the guy who gets you to buy or invest in his latest moneymaking scheme. He is the guy selling snake oil to cure everything that ails you. They did not include “Trump University,” surely a major fraud and a financial disaster. Trump claimed that those who enrolled in his online “university” would learn how to get rich, learning his secrets. He hoodwinked widows and vets. Trump was ordered to repay $25 million to people who registered for his fake university.

I counted at least 20 ventures that failed either in bankruptcy or just closed the doors. A couple of them he allowed to go into default and he just walked away from them. And he has some court judgements from 2007 that he has never paid.

I wrote about this before but I will say it again. He paid $2.5 million for a parcel of land. He planned to develop a golf course. Because the land included wetlands, it was no good for a golf course. He donated it to the state and took a tax write-off of $100 million.

There is a Donald J. Trump Park on the Taconic Parkway in New York.
The park consists of property that was donated to New York State in 2006 by developer Donald Trump. Maintenance of the park was halted in 2010 due to budget constraints, and the park remains largely undeveloped. Most of the buildings have been demolished; only a few foundations and the existing tennis court remain. There have been several calls to rename the park.
History
Trump purchased the property in 1998 with plans to build a $10 million private golf course. Totalling $2.5 million, it was purchased in two sections: Indian Hill for $1.75 million and French Hill for $750,000.[1] The land contained significant wetlands and development faced strict environmental restrictions and permitting requirements.[2] He donated it in 2006[3][4] after he was unable to gain town approvals to develop the property.[2] At that time Trump claimed the parcel was worth $100 million.[1] He used the donation as a tax write-off.[5] The donation was praised by governor George Pataki. Trump said, “I hope that these 436 acres of property will turn into one of the most beautiful parks anywhere in the world.”[1]
New York State announced the park’s closure due to budget cuts in February 2010.[6] It was questioned whether the closure was necessary since the operating budget for the park was only $2,500 a year and it was maintained by workers from the nearby Franklin D. Roosevelt State Park.[2] Although Trump threatened to take the parkland back after the closure was announced,[2] the land remains in the control of the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation.[7]
An attempt to convert a portion of the park’s French Hill section for use as a dog park in 2010 revealed that at least one of the park’s abandoned buildings contained asbestos.[8] By 2012, the planned dog park remained on hold due to difficulties raising funds for fences and asbestos abatement.[9]
The park is not listed at the New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation park locator,[10] although signs along the nearby Taconic State Parkway direct visitors to Donald J. Trump State Park.[11] During a 2015 visit by The Rachel Maddow Show, there were no signs of any recent upkeep; instead, the publicly accessible land was found to contain crumbling graffiti-covered buildings, empty map kiosks, and weed-choked parking lots.[12]
In 2017, an article on website The A.V. Club framed the park as an “abandoned wasteland”, with “muddy fields, overgrown tennis courts, and dilapidated buildings” and a swimming pool in disrepair.[13]
Park access improvements including an asphalt driveway, gravel parking lot, entrance gates, wood fencing, and native tree and shrub plantings were noticed in 2020.[1][14]

But…the Serial Loser is about to get a HUGE financial boost:
The SPAC that is about to deliver more than $3 billion to Trump violated SEC rules by telling investors what the SPAC will invest in — so why is the SEC allowing the scheme to proceed? The SEC should pull the plug immediately!
Trump can only access those billions right away if the SPAC board allows him to — and, by the way, the board consists of his son, Donald Trump, Jr, and his political cronies. So, that $3+ billion is Trump’s faster than you can say “con”.

Apparently, Trump can’t access any of that money from SPAC for six months. Some articles I read said the stock price is wildly inflated. If Trump, the biggest shareholder, starts selling stock, it will deflate the value even more.
