Mike Collier is confirmed for both cities. No response from Dan Patrick after multiple messages to his staff.
No surprise to me that there hasn’t been a responsive from Dan Patrick, Traitor Trump’s theofascist, rectal-cleansing tongue probe in Texas.

Many Republicans are refusing to debate. Hopefully, this strategy will make them look weak and cowardly to potential voters.
In another race: former Buffalo, NY school board member/continuing nut job Carl Palladino was soundly defeated in his bid for New York’s 23rd District in GOP Primary yesterday. NBC News calls him “most famous for his string of incendiary & racist statements over the past 12 years, including a recently unearthed iinterview he gave last year in which he said Hitler ‘was the kind of leader we need today.'” (Of course, he’s said the comments were taken out of context.)
Carl Paladino is New York state’s own Trump, only more vulgar, more obscene, more racist.
Also, NBC News states “Palladino’s loss also represents a major defeat for Rep. Elise Stefanik…who endorsed him…putting her weight behind Palladino’s congressional bid almost immediately after Rep. Chris Jacobs resigned from his seat this year, seeking to flex her political muscles in her home state…the gamble show(ing) the limits of her powers. The endorsement was supposed to show her dominance over the N.Y. GOP, particularly as it related to Langworthy (GOP Party Chair), who defeated Palladino.” (Remember he was removed from his school board seat by State Ed. Chief MaryEllen Elia in 2017? )
Hopefully, this is the beginning of the end for Stefanik, as well.
Whoops–spelling–Paladino.
For all the hoopla surrounding other races in Texas, this is by far the most consequential if legislative activity is your thing. And probably the most difficult to change. The other races are just window dressing.
