The Florida legislature is rapidly moving ahead to pass “Arm the Teacher” legislation. Part of a continuous strategy to destroy public education by demonizing the atmosphere in the schools so that parents and students will go private. Schools will look like war zones, with armed SWAT looking security guards carrying AR-15 rifles and teachers wearing belt and/or shoulder holsters? This madness passes for education and a learning environment. Are we unanimous in designating this as completely unacceptable. Isn’t it time to talk about the widest possible General Strike mobilization?

I hope the lot of them are booted out. What frauds.
