This is my message:
Mr. Moyers, You have done excellent work in exposing the hedge fund managers and bankers who have played a major role in bringing on our economic and political crisis. They are now doing the same thing to public education. Please have Diane Ravitch, who has become a leader in opposition to the privatization of public education, on your show for an indepth interview about the crisis in education.

I wouldn’t reach out to Bill Moyers for anything. Many years he did a TV piece on inner city males and their lifestyles relating to women. He caught hell for that expose and hasn’t been an honest journalist since.
I am not familiar with what you are talking about, but view this show and it refutes whatever you are claiming:
“Confronting the Contradictions of America’s Past”

Done. Anybody who brought Joseph Campbell’s thinking to the mainstream gets a lifetime pass in my book
Okay, I did that.

Did it. Diane, you are the only national voice speaking on behalf of public education. Getting Bill Moyers on board is a great idea.
Got our children’s back – done.
