Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, and Mark Zuckerberg will not only attend Trump’s Inauguration, they will be seated together on the platform.
Trump will show them off like house pets. Which they are. Trump brought out Musk’s inner Nazi. He intimidated Zuckerberg by threatening to put him in jail. He humbled Bezos, leading him to censor his journalists, who are fleeing the Washington Post.
Will they heel, sit and stay on command?

From the interview with Tim Kaine on MSNBC yesterday, and earlier references and inferences from many others, include Mitt Romney, the pressure from Trump, MAGA, and billionaire meddlers-controllers make otherwise honorable and committed people cave. IF so, we are becoming indistinguishable from the MOB.
Is anyone looking into how far MAGA people will go, besides what we already know, e.g., like the harassment of the election workers that testified before Congress? I mean are they threatening people’s children? CBK

This is a great opportunity for any radical opposition to the current crop of leaders. A nut job could try a personal attack. A conspiracy like the one that went after Lincoln could plan something. A failed attempt might be the Reichstag Fire of this administration.

They are gutless wonders, bowing down to a would-be tyrant. But when it comes to their workers, they are big bad overlords who bully their personal serfs. These are super wealthy billionaires, you would think they would have the spinal column to stand up to Trump. Guess not. Total lickspittles.
Another craven billionaire I never heard of is Joe Lonsdale. This one actively supported Trump because he’s a right winger and is for all the things that would destroy and obliterate the social safety net. How dare the peons have it easy, the world is dog eat dog, and libertarian social Darwinism is the best way to go, according to Joe. Lonsdale founded the Cicero Institute, a libertarian-conservative-right wing so-called “think” tank. Just what we don’t need.

William: . . . yes, especially the humiliation of the rich who he alternately admires and has contempt for–partly (from what I understand) because he has been shunned over his life by the New York business community (as you say, his former critics).
