Politico recounts a story in the new issue of Vanity Fair about Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and what makes him tick:
WOWZA — Vanity Fair’s Joe Hagan is out with a buzzy profile of ROBERT F. KENNEDY JR. through the lens of his close friends and family, who describe the presidential candidate as a man whose life story is “marked by personal trauma and addiction to drugs, sex, and, perhaps most perniciously of all, public adulation.”
In some of the more alarming stories, Hogan’s report includes …
- An on-the-record allegation of sexual assault from ELIZA COONEY, who was a young woman Kennedy had hired in the late 1990s to work as a babysitter and personal assistant.
- A photo of Kennedy posing with the cooked remains of a dog while traveling in Korea. “The photo was taken in 2010, according to the digital file’s metadata — the same year he was diagnosed with a dead tapeworm in his brain.”
- Allegations that he sent friends sexually explicit photos of women that may not have been taken consensually.
Writes Hogan: “Theories about Kennedy’s reckless behaviors abound. Long before it was reported, members of the family knew about the brain worm … But more often his family points to Kennedy’s 14 years as a heroin user.”

Bush Jr. also had many decades as a party boy and heavy user of substances. Trump was also Mr. Party Boy. His party companion, Epstein. His drug of choice, sniffed Adderall. And then there is Teflon Matt Gaetz.
Interesting, isn’t it, how all the Epstein hard drives magically disappeared. Same as Epstein himself was made to magically disappear AFTER THE FIRST FAILED ATTEMPT TO MAKE THAT HAPPEN.

All of Epstein’s houses were equipped with video cameras. Where are the tapes?

Type-o on first Hogan/Hagan. “Buzzy,” clickbaity, and provocative is what Hogan does (and VF, I’ve gathered), as per his 2017 bio of Rolling Stone’s Jann Wenner, anyway. I liked the book but I know fans/loyalists that didn’t and it was definitely full of sex, drugs, and rock & roll decadence. Wouldn’t be surprised if this profile actually burnishes RFK jr’s Trumpworld reputation with the violent and reactionary Joe Rogan side of Bro culture. ‘He’s a survivor, a fighter,’ yada yada. Not so fun fact. Haven’t seen a Trump yard sign in my, thankfully, blue bubble neighborhood in years, the good part, but have seen two RFK jr. signs pop up this election season. Sadly for the rest of us, some people always have to learn the hard way.

Republicans are hoping that Democrats will fall for “identity politics” and vote for the Kennedy name. This guy is for sale, and he has been rejected by other members of the Kennedy clan that support Biden. I hope young, naive people will not be fooled by this political ploy. The only way to stop the right is to reject their billionaire funded scheme and vote for the only person that really supports working families. That person is Biden. With unlimited money in elections, it pollutes the political process. Money invites billionaire interference with democracy and gives them an unfair advantage.

Talk about the acorn falling far from the tree, I realize what trauma he must have experienced from his family’s tragedies, especially his name sake’s assasination, but he could not be much further today from what his dad was like. (At the time, my family adored RFK senior so it felt almost as awful to us as how we experienced losing JFK.)
PTSD, heroin & a tape worm in his brain have clearly wreaked havoc on this guy –apparently the kind that no amount of family support or money could ever fix.

I skipped school to go hear Robert Kennedy speak and shook his hand a week before he was assassinated.

RFK, Jr. is a nutcase for sure. But Diane, of course, only posts this criticism of him because he will take votes from her preferred candidate.
Speaking of Joe Biden, CNN’s medical correspondent is calling for him to undergo detailed cognitive and neurological testing. This blog’s host frequently claims to be pro-science, follow the science, etc. Dr. Gupta is a brain specialist, and CNN is not known for being friendly to Donald Trump. I’ve heard many times that democracy dies in darkness. Does Diane want the public to know the true state of Joe Biden’s cognitive capacities?

Martha Burns,
My preferred candidate is the democratic system of government in which no one is above the law, in which the judicial system is respected, in which the outcome of elections and the peaceful transfer of power are accepted without question, in which the free press is held in high regard.
I oppose candidates who are convicted felons, sexual predators, fascist, and pathological liars.

Apparently the guy has a sense of humor. In response to a 5/8/24 NYT article on his health issues (Susanne Craig), RFK Jr posted on X: “I offer to eat five more brain worms and still beat President Trump and President Biden in a debate. I feel confident in the result even with a six-worm handicap.”

RFK JR. should become a Republican.
He has a resume that may rival Traitor Trump’s.
If he kow-tows to the traitor and praises him: Greatest President Ever, Stable Genius, et al. He may even be added to the list of VPs the Traitor is dangling out there for all his fascist loyalists to see who grovels the most.
