“But so I think, I think it would be, I think it would be very, very, I think we’d have a very, very solid, we would continue what we’re doing, we’d solidify what we’ve done, and we have other things on our plate that we want to get done,” Trump told The New York Times’ Peter Baker.
I came into this world with built-in spirituality. Everywhere I look, I’ve always seen evidence of life/ death/ immortal soul all around me. I was perhaps a Druid in another life: at age 6, walking 1/4mi down the dirt road to my school, I would always stop and address a few intentions to a huge, lone elm in a field, both before and after it died.
So the belief was always there; the seeking was about where to find others who believed as I did. Luckily I had open-minded parents who themselves explored various churches, & I studied other religions w/ great interest in college, finding (as I’d suspected) more in common than different.
My sense of the physical world was always that we share molecular [or interstitial] space with other worlds/ levels of existence, so I found like-minded philosophies among physicists, Buddhists, & New-Agey tracts—aided especially by an asst parish priest who was both Jesuit and a microbiologist, & found multiple points of connection between the two— we used to talk a lot about how God expressed Himself on Earth in fractal math 😉
That is what exactly is going to happen to Trump tomorrow. Then the courts are going to have a field day and really zap Trump and his whole blooming family.
That reminds me of a great cartoon I shared on FB not long ago. It was a captioned still shot from a Marx Bros movie, of one of those overdressed dames superciliously addressing Groucho. She says: “I believe Donald J Trump was sent by God.” Groucho replies, “Why? Did he run out of locusts?”
No “Chosen One” speaks like this:

I’m a scientist, which doesn’t mean I’m an atheist.
Atheists are sure.
But i’m not sure.
Of course, it’s a distinction without a difference because according to all the experts, if you are not a believer, you are damned.
Let’s just say I believe one can be moral without being religious — and religious without being moral.

I agree. I believe that God loves atheists who treat people decently more than ‘religious’ people who go to church and are amoral and lack ethics.
