Think about reorganizing this list to show states with largest number of reported incidents, the perpetrators–SBAC, PARCC, Pearson, AIR and so forth and so on. This getting close to a score-card of edtech failures in testing, perhaps one searchable database or spreadsheet that can be sorted for different portraits of fiascos.
