I will be speaking to the Westchester-Putnam Counties School Boards Association on January 16 at 7:30 p.m. about testing and the Common Core.
The event will be held at Fox Lane High School in Bedford, New York.
All are welcome, but please register in advance.
The registration link is on the flyer, and is listed here for your convenience as well:
Thus far, more than 350 board members, superintendents, administrators, teachers and community members have registered to attend.
You are invited too!

I wish I lived closer. When you’re in the Chicago area, please advise, because we have 14 organizations in our coalition to end corporate control of this country.

Dear Diane,
Your commitment and passion for our kids and teachers may not allow you to have the perspective to notice that your travel schedule and writing volume have increased to pre-medScare levels.
We care about you and I just wanted to give you a gentle nudge and a reminder to take care of YOU FIRST.

3 hour drive is nothing! This should perk me up during the inevitable mid-January duldrums.

Diane,
Can this possibly be filmed and put on You Tube so everyone could see it? I would give my eye teeth to be at one of your meetings, but you aren’t coming my way! I think we could get the message to so many more people!!
You are the BEST! Don’t overdo it!
