   Quite simply because she is guilty and as pointed out by a previous poster she is the Lance Armstrong of education, but she will never confess.

   Preparing for the role of victim will be her next scheme.

   Well, the Polanski experience should serve the attorney well for dealing with Rhee’s husband, if need be.

   She should be arrested alone on child abuse charges her own admission that she taped students mouths shut and when she took the tape off their lips were bleeding.

   Another reminder why this blog is so important.

   Her main defense will be that even the most conscientious pure-hearted [self-proclaimed] radical education reformer couldn’t work miracles all by herself when she was systematically undermined, back-stabbed and thwarted at every turn by vile subordinates who had it in for her. After all, how could any one person stay on top of so many different things in such a complex situation? She counted on others to do the right thing and they just plain let her down.

   😦

   Plausible deniability relies heavily on plausibility. This blog and many others make it more and more implausible that she will be able to use her best defense.

   Good. She’s earned every moment of the ‘Lance Armstrong Perp Walk’ that she will someday have to make. And she will have ‘no excuses’ left. I just hope she remembers her SLANT training…

   Rhee would know whether or not she needs an attorney. She may publicly obfuscate, but she also knows what happened. She apparently needs to protect herself. I for one can not wait to see what she did, and when she presents her defense I hope a judge and jury will say “no excuses.”

    Michelle Rhee is a tool being used by corporate reformers. She will take the fall for them as their tool. She will get her bad karma back.
