Like you, I have seen multiple videos of the killing of Renee Good by an ICE agent in Minneapolis.
This one, which appeared on TikTok, shows beyond doubt that the ICE agent was never in danger. She was told both to leave and to get out of the car.
She was leaving. The ICE agent shot three times. She was murdered.

So the agent should be indicted for murder, right? His fellow agents who let him walk away should be indicted as co-conspirators, right? The agents that prevented a doctor from helping her should be indicted, right? We hold all their superiors accountable, right?
Or do we just solve this with “more training”?

Murder is a state crime. Minnesota/Minneapolis officials could arrest and indict the shooter and all co-conspirators.

Rather than debating whether the officer was justified in the shooting of Renee Nicole, we should be examining how the presence of ICE in our cities negates the very de-escalation policies local police are supposed to uphold. Effective de-escalation depends on trust and legitimacy—both of which are weakened when outside armed forces operate in communities that do not consent to their presence. Ignoring these principles creates the conditions that make tragic outcomes like yesterday’s not only possible, but predictable.

TRUMP — more likely his brain, Stephen Miller — knew that he would eventually be reeled in on using federalized National Guard troops to shut down Blue cities, so the strategy became to vastly increase ICE to become his army.
THE JOB OF ICE IS TO MAKE CERTAIN THAT THERE ARE NO MIDTERM ELECTIONS THIS YEAR.
By using increasing brutality, ICE is going to trigger ever-larger and more forceful protests against it…Trump will use the protests to invoke The Insurrection Act, then to enforce Martial Law and suspend elections.
Remember when Trump “mused” about what he “might” do to Maduro? No one took Trump’s “musing” seriously because it was “too far-fetched.”
But, the reality with Trump’s “musings” is that he is actually TELLING everyone what he IS GOING TO DO, and is CHALLENGING anyone to try to stop him.
His musing at the January 6 House Republican Retreat about cancellation of this year’s midterm elections was Trump TELLING everyone EXACTLY WHAT HE IS GOING TO DO and challenging anyone to try to stop him.
The increasing brutality of ICE is what Trump is going to use to trigger the opposition violence which he will use to invoke The Insurrection Act, followed by declaring Martial Law and suspending the midterm elections.
THERE WON’T BE ANY MIDTERM ELECTIONS because the compliant Congress won’t stop him, the complicit Supreme Court won’t stop him, and the feckless, disorganized Democrats can’t do anything.
ICE is literally recruiting and arming thugs, just as Hitler recruited his Brown Shirt minions directly from the prisons. It’s going to get ugly…and then our republic ends with the suspension of elections…remember, at that January 6 House Republican Retreat, Trump referred to himself as “king”.

Yes sir. You hit the nail on the head. We all need to at least TRY to restrain ourselves & encourage others to NOT be baited into violence by the ever increasing provocations of Trump & his minions. If that doesn’t happen, or even if it does, he will somehow create a crisis which will “justify” him calling for Martial Law & suspension of Midterm elections. I wouldn’t even put past him, Stephen Miller, Kristi Noem, et. al. to falsely “create” some terrorist incident which could also trigger such an action. I hope we’re both wrong, but odds are…….

The ICE agent pulled the trigger. Trump and his klepto-kakistocracy regime are the ones who murdered her. They are all guilty.
