   Um, not to be nitpicky (okay, to be nitpicky), that wasn’t really yoga. Just basic calisthenics and strength training exercises. Also, my trainer says no one should hold your feet/legs while you do crunches (which shouldn’t go all the way up in any case – too hard on the tailbone).

   Cute video, but I’ve seen cuter dog videos. Surprised this was judged the cutest of the year.

     If you have a better one, share it. My dog couldn’t do those exercises. With my bad knees, neither could I.

   I loved it…thanks. Of course shetlands are amazingly intelligent and loving. My collie, BeoWoof is watching this from the Elysian Fields. Heaven is spending eternity with my nine collies.
