Trinity Washington University, however, is ashamed that one of its graduates–Kellyanne Conway–defends Trump’s immigration ban and lies openly.
Trinity Washington University is a small Roman Catholic University in D.C.

Yes, Obama disappointed me, too as did Bill and Hillary Clinton. The DNC forgot who they represent and got greedy so the DNC went NEO-Liberal and slammed the very base they said they represented. You know, $$$$$ talks, and power intimately corrupts. w
What also happened is when Obama was elected after GW, we thought we had been saved. Come to find out, we were used again. This time with those fake talking to teacher tours. (As an aside, I knew this was a sham for the public.) I had to set up several smaller group meetings as well a large one where teachers expressed their concerns and suggested possible solutions. outcome of ALL this farce? Nothing! Nothing! Nothing. When I asked Peter Cunningham (at that time Arnie Duncan’s PR person who writes Duncan’s sppeches said, “I got it! I got it! Too much testing. Too much testing!!!”
So I asked, “And what are you taking back and do something positive about?”
His most “duh” answer was, “But if we don’t test students how aere we going to know who the good and bad teachers are?”
we are the sane ones. And again, thank you, Diane.

But McGuire’s statement was solely about the importance of truthfulness! Are those conservatives who criticized her (note that I make this distinction) claiming that the simple condition of being truthful or not is now a politically partisan issue, & that as conservatives they support untruthfulness. I’d think any conservatives who have ethical principles (& I believe they exist) would be justifiably offended at this characterization.

Good for Trinity Washington U! Perhaps all the schools these people attended will make similar statements–such as Calvin College students & alumni (Diane’s 1/25–“Hundreds of Students & Alumni Speak Out Against DeVos,” & 1/27–“Nearly 3,000 Calvin College Students & Alumni Oppose DeVos”).
