Same old story….group the kids right, take far fewer poorer kids, far less kids with disabilities, next to no ELL kids…and hey the scores look better….it’s a miracle….
Oh, but the kids with all those issues now have less money to be served.

How come I don’t see this report in the papers along side the state report?

This will make it somewhat more difficult to refer to the old national CREDO report to “prove” that charter schools are a bad thing. Of course, the NYC CREDO study didn’t seem to stop that tactic, so who knows.
