Hopefully they got the glaring memo on the complete failure of the Muskegon Heights Public School Academy and Highland Park, both in MI; both being run into the ground by emergency managers and private corporations.

“Bold and innovative” is charter-speak for taking tax payer money and doing whatever they damn well please with no oversight.
