Edushyster has done it again.
Here, Edushyster defends Joel Klein against the outrageous claim that Rupert Murdoch is trying to make a profit by selling lots of stuff to the schools. It’s all about collaboration. It’s all about replacing teachers with technology to help with budgetary issues. It’s all about reform.
I am not convinced that it is not about profit and ideology.
Virtual la-la land here I come. Wait a minute! Do I have to pay for it?
Great piece. Here’s a follow-up:

Klein is a MASSIVE hypocrite who constantly questions the motivations of teachers and unions.
As the kids would say: you and Edushyster are da bomb!
Thanks for the link, and keep pointing out that the emperors/empresses have no clothes.
Aw, come on folks, Mr. Klein is one of the most philanthropic folks out there for donating this technology to all public school students. What’s that? He’s selling it? Never mind!
Another great blog JJ.
Thanks, Diane, for bringing it to our attention.
It never ceases to amaze me how “hurt” the corporate bullies become when they are called out.
Keep it coming JJ.
Bullies always retreat when someone smacks them on the nose.
Here in Utah, we have a senator who thinks that we should all be doing these wonderful things with technology (aka: privitizing online education). Teachers should not be “shunning” technology (aka: privitizing online education).Notice how HAPPY the students in the photo look!
