The Klonsky brothers, Fred and Mike, have a radio show in Chicago, where they explore current issues.
On Friday, they will talk about Arne Duncan’s book and his belief that everyone but him is a liar.

“I read his book. It’s short but not exactly a page turner.
“His first chapter is called “Lies, Lies Everywhere,” which is very appropriate for this book.
“I don’t want to ruin it for you but in this novella the protagonist did nothing wrong. He was never in doubt about his plans for fixing what we all broke.
“And Duncan provides no quantitative data to prove it.
“That was surprising to me.
“Here was a guy who argued most enthusiastically for data driven decision making and data based accountability.
“And then it ends up that there is none to be found in the far-from-epic story he weaves of battling the unions and suburban moms….

YES, there is an exclusive club. It’s exclusively for only politicians and the oligarchy. This way they can plan their dirty deeds behind closed doors.
To think that Dunce was secretary of education is a LAUGH. And now we have DeVooDoo.
None of this is funny. I blame BOTH the GOP and the DNC for their wars on public education and public school teachers. I think both parties are reprehensible to the MAX.

A GROUP OF CREATIVE ARTISTS have made a film “Just The Facts,’ to address the plethora of lies as disinformation has been weaponized on the internet. They present facts about the hidden connections and actions that are deciding our future. I wonder how much they have discovered about the demolition of our schools!

This cataclysmic buffoon did huge amounts of harm to public education….and all under a Democratic president that many teachers worked hard to get elected. I respect Obama and love his wife but in this one area much harm was done. The biggest harm is this narrowing of the curriculum…less is not more in education.
