The Secret Service has run out of funding because of providing protection for every member of Trump’s large family and many residences.
Remember when Trump the candidate used to complain about President Obsma’s vacations?
Trump travels every weekend to one of his resorts and has run through the cost of eight years of Obama vacations in less than a year.

Let him pay for Eric Prince to protect him, with no more per-person security allocations from taxpayers than in the previous administration. Same for every member of the cabinet. He seems to thing of the Secret Service as his personal security detail available to kith, kin, and whoever walks through the door.
Trump does not support workers, he takes the Secret Security for granted.

I hesitate to ever disagree with you, Laura, but I would prefer we did not privatize the Secret Service. Instead, let Donald Playing President stop appointing his extended family to government positions and stop cavorting around like he just discovered wealth yesterday. Let him do his job right.

He claims to be a billionaire so he can just pay for all security for their extravagant life style. I don’t think that the government (our taxes) should pay any more for Secret Service protection for any of them.

Opps. Forgot to apologize to golfers. I had a set of golf clubs once and really enjoyed eating lunch after the game I was finished. Decided it was much easier to just go to lunch and forget the golf.

The Secret Service has run out of funding? The demagogue in chief and his GOP henchmen will exacerbate the problem by cutting taxes on the rich and the corporations. Deficits through the roof. Not to worry, Trump and the GOP will cut back on the social safety net so he can feed the military and the Secret Service. It’s much more important that this oligarch be protected than that kids on Medicaid get essential health care. It’s just so disgusting.

I am sure Rick Perry knows how to shoot a gun. Trump should reassign him to protection service. Perry only knows about “energy” from the gas and oil lobby anyway so he has limited usefulness a the head of the dept. of energy.

I have no problem with the Trumps receiving protection, but they should not have to rely on crappy, pensionable government services to do so. They should receive a voucher and be able to choose from at least 15 different private security services that compete with each other.
Choice is the key to getting great service . . . and it saves money!!!!
