Anthony Scaramucci (The Mooch) got very angry. Someone leaked to Ryan Lizza of the New Yorker that Trump had dinner with Anthony Scaramucci, Sean Hannity, the First Lady, and a former Fox News executive. The Mooch demanded that Lizza tell him who leaked. Lizza refused. The Mooch got even angrier. The Mooch threatened and cajoled.
This is the story that everyone is talking about. I suggest you read it to understand the level of dysfunction on the White House staff.
Put together Trump’s vulgar, crude performance at the Boy Scouts Jamboree with the vulgar, crude language and behavior of The Mooch, and at some point you have to ask, like the line in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid, “Who are those guys?” No dignity. No class. No decency. No honor. No sense of propriety. Just plain old fashioned bullies and loudmouths. Know nothings. Vulgarians.

Diane – Separately, I was reviewing NYS Senate Majority Leader John J. Flanagan’s campaign committee financial filing and it showed that NYSUT – VOTE COPE gave him $5,000 on January 31. I am sure you know that Flanagan is the chief water carrier for the charter school industry. This is exactly why I won’t give a cent to VOTE COPE. Mike Mulgrew effectively controls NYSUT and this is where he feels the union’s money should go. Incredible.

Blaming those “dolts” (and please I prefer to be called a fucking dolt in that case) who voted for Stein for Clinton’s horrendous campaign, campaign strategies and overall incompetence is patently false. Clinton and the DNC all screwed the pooch in having lost to perhaps what, yeah not who, was the worse candidate for the presidency in centuries. Crybabies all, the DNC and the Hillaryites who still haven’t gotten over the terrible strategies and still insist on it was the Russkies and/or the Stein voters who lost it for Clinton. Absurd, inane, obscene and insane are those Clintonites. Hell, even Hillary hasn’t even pushing that nonsense that I know of.
Normally I agree with most of what you write democracy. But certainly not in this case.

I have some very smart friends who were ‘voting their conscience’ by voting for Stein, and I thank them for giving us Trump, but in truth, the DNC killed her, and the gerrymandering and GOP shenanigans did the rest.
We got that malignant, senile narcissist. Do you remember his sniffing.
I think those ego tweet trips he takes each night are after his nightly snort.
This transgender tirade came without any conferring with Congress, the military, or any advisors… it came full-blown into his head with the blow… but what do I know….only that he is crazy, and each day he remains in the white house, the more danger we face.

Hillary and the DNC screwed the pooch? Trump screwed the pooch on a daily basis. He shot himself in the foot/feet, he made outrageous and hideous statements on a regular basis. Trump screwed the pooch times 1,000 and he still won. Trump’s campaign was even more flawed, mistake ridden and goofy than Hillary’s.There was/is a great national reserve of Hillary hatred in this country even deeper than the revulsion for this film-flam con man who now resides in the White House. Even with all the rampant Hillary hatred, she still won the popular vote by almost 3 million. I voted for Hillary because I knew what was coming with Trump, especially with the SCOTUS and the lower courts. Trump seems to be doing a very effective job of loading up the courts with far right wingers who could be in place for decades. Susan is so right, we are indeed in great danger with this maniac in office.
