I hope that backhoe driver is promoted to a job that allows him to do his “backhoing” in every state (wink wink)! Do you have an “accidental” honor roll Diane?

Let’s all rent back hoes and put the tests out of business

I think we should hire this backhoe driver and put him to work in the other 49 states, especially North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, California, Ohio, Chicago, etc. With a backhoe the driver could “accidentally” take down corporate charter schools everywhere and leave empty lots behind.

This sounds like a backhoe story to me.
But I must admit that these testing companies are getting very creative in their excuses for why the online testing failed.
