I think we should hire this backhoe driver and put him to work in the other 49 states, especially North Carolina, Florida, Arizona, California, Ohio, Chicago, etc. With a backhoe the driver could “accidentally” take down corporate charter schools everywhere and leave empty lots behind.

But I must admit that these testing companies are getting very creative in their excuses for why the online testing failed.
