But JJ points out that this reformer is president of the school board in Lawrence Township. In her district, experience is very important.

Therein lies the problem. Too many people want what they want for only their own children. They are setting up great examples for their children. I know that I sure have a different definition of “takers” than some. Take advantage, take opportunity, take risks, take money, take over, take it to the bank or offshore, take “the best”, and take “the most”.

I am with Krazy TA and deb. Real Public Education is for all equally. 37 states have this in their state constitution. Of course, this is Amerika and here we do not care about the rule of law and equality anymore in the New World Order. Seig Heil! What are we doing to ourselves. I went to a high end Catholic Boys School, Crespi. When I went to my old high school to see if they could help with the education of public school children they told me they did not care about them. I said to them “Not to smart by you. When your students leave this gate they are out there with everyone else. Like car jackers with guns. If they see that Crespi sticker they might just shoot them for fun because they are elites. So to hell with you. Too bad you did not learn the lessons they taught us when I went there as part of the 3rd graduating class.” They at that time did not teach us that we were special and all others were not as it seems to be now with that attitude.
This is why we want to put up a website with full information on all areas of living not just education. Education is just a part of the Community. Criminal justice is closely aligned with education as criminal justice receives the K-12 failures and this is well studied. There is even a national sheriffs organization studying this and L.A. County Sheriff is the president of this organization and we have had an extended discussion on this and Celes King IV, vice-chair and director of government affairs and community relations of CORE-CA works with law enforcement statewide on these issues and many others. It is how the community works together which make a great community. If it is just education or police that does not make it work. All must work together.
