EduShyster has a hilarious post about how to prepare Walmart workers of the future.
You know, the ones who conform and obey without question.
These are the children who work to meet the demands of a stopwatch, getting ready to punch a time clock.
Better yet, they are learning in an environment where there are no unions, long days, and white authority figures.

I went into a Wal Mart at about 4:00AM on ‘Black Friday’. I asked the first three associates I could find where the black Friday sales were. Not one person even knew what I was talking about. All this and the Texas GOP platform calls for banning the teaching of ‘critical thinking’ in public schools. It’s very sad.

While this article is LOL funny, it’s also bone chillingly frightful. I fear for our future. I do not want this deformed education for my children, nor any child anywhere. How can we stop this movement when they are so well funded and connected? They’re cranking out their brainwashed zealots like the end is near!
Even my kid sister, who is terribly bright, in her final semester, decided not to pursue her teaching credentials, because the outlook is so dismal

Don’t kid yourselves, we are the walmart workers of the future. And, honestly, much more of this and Walmart is going to start sounding a lot better.

I read an article where one of the Walton’s claimed that they were promoting charters because they had found that schools weren’t graduating students with the skills to work in their stores. HUH?? Skills to do what? Brennan from White Hat claimed the same. His answer to education…. Put a bunch of drop-outs in a room to sit in front of a computer and teach themselves the high school curriculum. Create “boards” with no power. Reward yourself with unknown millions. Wow.. what innovation.

The Waltons have $$$$$ because people shop there. Not me. Not ever. Vote with your wallet ALWAYS. The WALMART stores have all but eradicated mom & pop stores. I have not spent a penny in a Walmart in over 10 years. When I read that they sold more groceries than the next five food retailers combined or some such figure I was sickened. It has to stop.

I agree. In my small town, when Wal-Mart came in we lost several local businesses that had been here for many years, so now shopping at WalMart occasionally is nearly unavoidable, especially if you need something after 5 PM. But I find myself doing everything possible to avoid shopping at WalMart, and I NEVER buy groceries there. It’s not just how they treat their employees, which is bad enough in itself. It’s how they treat their suppliers that is truly changing our world for the worse.

WATCH THIS!!
would love to see the teachers at the “Prestige” academy get together and ram the stopwatches down the throats of the administration.
