Anyone who has stood before students knows that they can detect dishonesty in adults with laser precision. Even the most difficult students begin to cooperate when they know they can count on and trust the teacher. So many students have been let down by adults in their life.

As teachers, we abhor lies in all forms. Perhaps we have learned this from our students.
