Oh that won’t matter. The reformers will give a stack of cash to the university and it will all be smoothed out.
His title at the University of Arkansas is “Professor and 21st Century Endowed Chair in School Choice in the Department of Education Reform” in the College of Education and Health Professions http://coehp.uark.edu/4109.php
I had never heard of a university with a “Department of Education Reform” or “Chair of School Choice” until I discovered this at that school last year. However, that is Walton country…. They are probably applauding him.
BTW, his degrees are in political science and, other than college teaching, I see no indicators that he has any formal training or experience in education.

Anyone who is a true student of history can see the similarity now to the past. When we do not learn history we are bound to repeat the worst parts of it. Nothing has really changed in many years, like thousands, concerning schemes. In fact, they were better at it then than now as it was much more complicated. These guys are no match for the Borgias, Machiavelli’s, Rome, Egypt, China, Persia, Central and South America and Asia just for starters.
The Big Bad Wolf today is Neo-Liberalism, though it’s not talked about nearly enough. It now dominates our own government, in both political parties, so if we want to see what’s in our future, we should look overseas, such as to Chile and other Latin American countries. The UK has been dealing with this matter, too:

Teacher Ed, I am in complete agreement with you. By the way how did a right wing concept become called Neo Liberalism anyway. What does liberalism have to do with this? I don’t get it. More “Orwellian” doublespeak to me.
