The article in the Times said that Dawn believed children should be critical thinkers. She also kept her teachers informed on education policies coming out of Washington. It is no surprise that she followed your blog. It’s unfortunate it took this tragedy to let people know that she did not like Duncan’s policies. I am sure this has already been communicated to Arne and the president. I wish more administrators would.honor her memory by following her example.
I am going to quit this blog if you dont stop overloading my mail box with these constant repetitive blogs. Everyone is getting on the bandwagon of exploiting this small innocent children and their innocent parents. It is now equivalent to the amount of pressure in the media that we should all go shopping. the two things are linked. do you live in front of your computer…get a life!
Please feel free to quit. I write what I want, I post what I choose.
Surely you have the capacity to cancel your request to receive this blog. It costs nothing. I don’t want it in your mailbox.
This is so silly. Unsubscribe for heaven’s sake. You must NOT be a teacher. No one on this website is exploiting children!! We are discussing how we feel, because for the grace of God, it could have been anyoe of us. This is one of the major problems, our refusal to discuss the elephant in the room…..mental illness. Diane, please keep writing. When I don’t want or have time to read your and other’s comments, I don’t read it!! Stay on the band wagon….please. And thak you. Everyone.
Please don’t stop writing what you do. That’s why we read.
doroiams, Is that you, Arne?
Or Michelle or Mike or Rupert or Joel….unsubscribe and get lost. You are not welcome here.
Diane, keep them coming! Yours is a voice of sanity in what can be an insane world. Thanks for being on the side of the little guy in this fight.
