In listing her political contributions on her financial disclosure for, Betsy DeVos forgot to mention a gift of $125,000 to an anti-union campaign. This is, of course, understandable. When a person is a multi-billionaire and gives millions to right wing causes, you can’t expect to remember every tiny contribution, can you? Besides, what’s with her team of high-priced lawyers and accountants? Where were they?
And why should Republicans care, anyway?

The link says: “Sen. Lamar Alexander (R-Tenn.), chairman of the HELP committee, said he does not have concerns about DeVos’s paperwork. It is not unusual for nominees to clarify and update their disclosure forms to correct for oversights, the spokesperson said, and clarifying questions about personal disclosures are the norm during any vetting process.”
So, do you approve the nomination and just hope that she will eventually supply full information or just help along the slow walk and talk until nobody is paying attention?

Listen the affordable care act sucks. The American people want Medicare for all . However when you embark on a major program you have to be able to refine it.
You better understand that employer provided healthcare was going the way of the DODO bird before ACA. Show me the republican plan .

I’m sure it was just an oversight. Just as me losing/forgetting where I put that penny (for what $125K is to her wealth, a penny is to mine). I lose pennies all the time-also pick them up off the sidewalk all the time, helps counteract my losses.
