   I hope the comments on CNN.com are not indicative of the public’s opinion of this strike. The same old canards about overpaid greedy teachers who only work 6 hour days. At times I feel that we should give the U.S. the education system they are clamoring for. Maybe then people would get it.

    Is there a reliable place to send money for the teachers?

    They will not be paid, and if they have a law similar to ours in New York State, they will be fined a days pay for every day they are out.

    Wearing red and seeing it also! …The strike was never mentioned in the newscasts or in the Buffalo News today…guess who owns them ( Buffet and pals…)
