Our regular reader and frequent commenter Susan Schwartz (maiden name, Steiner) attended James Madison High School in Brooklyn, New York, with Senator Bernie Sanders. They were both in the graduating class of 1959. Bernie was the class president. Susan added this note: “Our James Madison class president should become our next President of the U.S.”
